3D PRINTING SERVICES
We specialize in not only precision manufacturing, but also in prototyping. Rache Corporation’s 3D printing services make it possible to get projects off the ground without paying large upfront tooling fees.
Take a look to see if 3D printing is right for your project.
For short runs 3D printing services and
3D printing prototypes are a great solution.
Benefits of 3D Printing
Lower upfront costs isn’t the only benefits to using 3d Printing over other methods.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF 3D PRINTING:
- Flexibility to easily create intricate pieces
- 3D printing means lighter components—when weight of the final product matters
- And of course, no upfront tooling costs
3D Printing Prototypes
When making prototypes you can test the design to make sure it’s right.
HOW DOES 3D PRINTING WORK FOR PROTOTYPES?
- Test designs to determine what works (and what doesn’t)
- Test fit and finish before incurring tooling costs
- Scale up using 3D printing for short runs (up to 1,000 pieces) as demand increases
Our 3D Printing Services Are Fast
Rache’s 3D printing services are prototypes, but it doesn’t stop there.
MANUFACTURING WITH 3D PRINTING:
- Fast turnaround times
- Flexible quantities
- Ability to change colors and designs, as needed
Why work with Rache Corporation?
We have the experience you need to determine the best and most cost effective manufacturing option for your project.
“We were with Rache Corporation’s 3D printing service. It was fast and affordable, which helped us get our short run job done in record time. At Rache their response time and customer service are second to none.”

Laser Cutting of
Titanium Cranial Mesh Plates
At Rache Corporation, we are an industry leader in laser cutting for metal, especially thin metals and foils. We pioneered and developed proprietary equipment that allows us to cut very thin pieces of metal in precision patterns. These cranial mesh plates are used in the medical industry during skull surgery.
Our expert engineers designed and built the equipment to produce these implant grade titanium plates. Typical plates measure 3" x 4", but we have produced a plate large enough to become the entire skull for one patient!
